Cancellation Policy

There is a minimum deposit due at the time of booking. The full amount will be refunded provided the client cancels within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment. Half of the deposit will be returned if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment. If the client cancels any time after 24 hours their deposit is forfeit unless there are extenuating circumstances. These rules are subject to change based upon instructor preferences.
